Sarah's Chopped Apricot Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup shortening
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter or shortening and sugar together, add egg, milk and vanilla.
  2. Sift in dry ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Stir in apricots and nuts.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minute.
