Breakfast Cream Cheese Snack Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter with cream cheese. Stir in beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Lightly mix in milk without beating or overstirring mixture.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch baking pan which has been greased.
  4. TOPPING: Mix butter, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cake.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
  6. Enjoy!
