Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (8oz)can salmon with out oil
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 tbsp maryoram or parsley
  • 4 cup soft french bread crumes
  • 11/2 cup non fat milk
  • 1 tbsp grated permesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp papreka

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray A 2 quart casserole with spray. In A large bowl, combine onion, salmon,celery,pepper,mustered,parsley,and bread crumbs. Stir mayo into milk,pour over mixture and thorougly combine. Spoon mix into prepared casserole. bake about 35 min.makes 4 servings
