  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl, combine the beans, olive oil, salt, pepper and seasonings and toss to coat. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast, stirring lightly halfway through until crips-tender, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with more pepper if desired.
