Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add spinach, 1 handful at a time, and sauté just until spinach begins to wilt. Add salt, red pepper, and lemon juice, gently tossing to coat. Remove from heat, and sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.
