Ingredients:

  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 large can pumpkin or 2 regular size
  • mix the dry ingredients together and add alternately with water
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves

Directions:

  1. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
  2. Bake 1/1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
  3. Test for doneness.
