Puffy Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 st layer
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 nd layer
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Mix ingredients for first layer
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  4. Top with pecans
  5. Mix ingredients for second layer
  6. Pour on top of pecans
  7. Bake for 50 minutes
  8. Let cool
  9. Top with vanilla ice cream when serving
