Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup of uncooked oatmeal
  • 6 tbsp of sugar free jam
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 dash vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of fiber 1
  • 1/4 cup of chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Blend together in a blender
  2. Pour into tin muffin cups
  3. Top with chopped pecans
  4. Baked at 400 degree oven for 30 minutes
