  1. Slice tomato and onion for grill. Grill for
  2. Aprx. 5 mins. a side till scored.
  3. Fine chop onion (processor is pref.) and
  4. Mash tomato up. heat pan with vinegar and br. sugar till melted, add
  5. Tomato/onion and sautee till vinegar reduced/ marmalade texture. Remove and let cool, then chill prior to serving
