Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix mozzarella, tomatoes, oil and vinegar.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with a cloth and let sit at room temperature for an hour or so.
  4. Add basil and toss.
  5. Cook sausage and slice.
  6. Cook pasta, drain, and return to pot.
  7. Mix tomato mixture and cooked sausage in with pasta.
