Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Turn on the oven to 200°c.
  2. Pizza base.
  3. Place butter, flour and baking powder into mixing bowl.
  4. Add the butter and rub in until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  5. Break egg into the milk and beat together.
  6. Add this mixture, a little at a time until the mixture sticks together and resembles dough.
  7. Divide the dough in half and form into rounds.
  8. Roll each one out and place on a greased baking tray.
  9. Brush the edges of each base with milk.
  10. Bake in the oven for 8 mins
  11. Leave oven on for baking the toppings.
  12. For tomato sauce.
  13. Place tomato puree and tomato ketchup into a saucepan.
  14. Add herbs, garlic seasoning, salt and pepper.
  15. Heat gently on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  16. Add olive oil and simmer.
  17. Spread over pizza base.
  18. For topping.
  19. Sprinkle parmesan over base.
  20. Sprinkle ham on top of parmesan.
  21. Sprinkle smoked cheddar on top of ham and parmesan.
  22. Place mozzarella on top of smoked cheddar, ham and parmesan.
  23. Place in the oven for 10 mins
