Peasant Pizza With Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place Italian bread shell on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Stir together the cream cheese, goat cheese or feta, garlic and black pepper in a small mixing bow.
  4. Spread mixture over the bread shell.
  5. Place the tomato slices and sweet pepper strips over the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven about 12 minutes or till heated through.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
