Directions:

  1. Boil pasta until al dente. Place in medium sized serving bowl.
  2. Fold in balance of ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  3. You can substitute brocollli with any vegetable you prefer or have on hand: asparagus or green beans would be excellant subs.
  4. Serve room temp or cold. Enjoy!
