Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Melt the bacon fat in the bottom of the roasting pan.
  3. Add the potatoes and onions and give it a good toss to coat.
  4. Cook for about 20-30 minutes, stirring every few minutes to prevent sticking.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and toss again.
