Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana (2-3 medium bananas)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 cup flour, sugar, baking power, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Add mashed bananas, butter, and milk.
  3. Mix for 2 minutes.
  4. Add eggs and remaining flour, beat till blended.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Poor batter into a greased 8x4x2 inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 55-60minutes.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan.
