Ingredients:

  • 1 pint oysters
  • 1 pint whole milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup large croutons
  • 2 cups oyster liquor

Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, potatoes,and oyster liquor.Add boiling water to cover and cook until tender. Add oysters,milk,and butter.Bring to a boil. Season with salt & pepper. serve in bowls add croutons.
