Whipped Potatoes With Brown Gravy

Ingredients:

  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 75 ml stock

Directions:

  1. Cover the potatoes with salt in cold water .
  2. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 mins .
  3. Peel .
  4. Add the butter in a pan .
  5. Mash in gentle heat until smooth .
  6. Add milk slowly and make sure no lump forms .
  7. Add salt and pepper .
  8. ................
  9. Brown the flour with butter over low heat .
  10. Blend the stock slowly .
  11. Cook until coating consistency .
  12. Sprinkle pepper .
