Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2-1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. Oil a casserole dish
  3. Place potatoes,onions,salt & peppper in dish.
  4. Cheese Sauce:.
  5. Melt butter,Add flour to make a rue,Add milk til creamy then add cheese.
  6. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes
  7. Sprinkle paprika over sauce
  8. Bake for 1 hr.
  9. Enjoy!
