  1. Blanch the cauliflower, beans and carrot for 45 seconds. Plunge into cold water to stop the cooking and drain. Whisk the dressing ingredients together. Put all the vegetables (blanched and raw) and meat in a tupperware, pour dressing over, mix and bag in double ziplocs.
