Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice mango either side of the stone and with a sharp knife.
  2. Section up the flesh without going thru the skin of each half, turn inside out and cut the cubes off the skin
  3. Place cubes in a blender, peel and chop banana and add it and all other infredients to the blender.
  4. Whizz until desired consistency adding more milk as neccessary.
  5. Makes about a pint and a half.
  6. This is a sugar free recipe:) but its plenty sweet enough for most people..
