Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Chop the onion and fry it in the oil.
  2. Add the chicken and keep stirring.
  3. Add the rice and fry a little more.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer.
  5. Enjoy.
