Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 (15 oz) can peas
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Saute onions until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms and stir a bit to cook briefly.
  4. Add peas and spices.
  5. Heat, and serve hot.
