Ingredients:

  • 100 g of dried lingzhi
  • 300 g of dried red dates
  • 100 or 200 g of rock sugar
  • 10 cups of water

Directions:

  1. With a lid on, bring lingzhi, red dates to the boil
  2. Add rock sugar, cook for at leat 40 mins
  3. Turn off the heat, don't open the lid
  4. Let it steam for at least 30 mins
  5. Serve
