  1. In saucepan saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Add chicken marinade and remaining ingredients.
  3. Boil the reduce heat and cover simmer for 20-25 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and let steam for 5 minutes before serving.
