from the recipes I got from my first purchase of the original white wine worcestershire sauce which is now called chicken marinade
Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup lea & perrins chicken marinade
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup raw long grain rice
1/4 cup diced green pepper
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. in saucepan saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
2. add chicken marinade and remaining ingredients.
3. boil the reduce heat and cover simmer for 20-25 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed.
4. remove from heat and let steam for 5 minutes before serving.
