Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Grease and flour two 7x3 pans
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 350F
  3. 3. Whisk flour, soda, salt, and sugar in bowl
  4. 4. Mix in vanilla, beaten eggs, melted butter, and mashed bananas
  5. 5. Stir in nuts or chocolate chips, if desired (Plus, it makes it extra yummy! =D)
  6. 6. Bake for 1 hour
  7. 7. Let cool, then cut and serve
  8. 8. Enjoy!
