Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup banana

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease muffin pan
  3. Mix flour, baking powder and salt until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in bananas.
  5. Add dry ingrediants, stir until smooth.
  6. Pour into muffin pan.
  7. Bake until firmly set when lightly touched in centre, about 15 minutes.
  8. Cool on rack, remove from muffin pan in 10 minutes.
