Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas and mix with other ingredients.
  2. Pour batter into prepared 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
