Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Squeeze all of the excess water out of the defrosted spinach.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together except for the bread.
  3. Store the dip in the fridge for at least an hour before using.
  4. I have made this up overnight and served the next day :o)
  5. Cut off the top of the sourdough loaf and cut chunks out of the bread from the inside of the loaf ( so you are just left with a nice shell for the dip ).
  6. Fill the inside of the bread with the spinach dip just before serving.
  7. Place chunks of bread around the loaf so people will use them for dipping :o)
  8. A fabulous recipe, yummy!
