Italian Chicken With Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute chicken in skillet with olive oil until browned on both sides, seasoning with garlic salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  2. Top with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Top with shredded parmesan cheese and serve.
