Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large dutch oven, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
  2. Stir in the water, tomato puree, broth, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the spinach, beans, cooked pasta and hot pepper sauce.
  6. Heat through.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
