Ingredients:

  • 1 poppy seed hot dog bun
  • 1 tbsp neon-green pickle relish
  • 3 tomatoes , slices
  • 4 sport bell peppers
  • 1 dash celery salt
  • 2 slices cucumbers (wedges)
  • 2 slices pickled tomatillos (wedges)

Directions:

  1. Heat a grill to medium. Char the hot dogs on all sides until just black, but not all the way burnt.
  2. While dog is grilling, steam the bun over a little boiling water in a steamer basket.
  3. Take the dog out, place on bun. Apply mustard, relish, onion, tomato, pickle, sport peppers, and celery salt in that order. Place the tomatillo and cucumber on the side. Enjoy!
