Homemade Ham & Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach (or how much you want)
  • 1 cup of diced ham
  • 4 regular eggs
  • 1 -2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Lightly brown pie crust for 6 minutes or until lightly brown.
  2. Mix eggs, ham and cheese together.
  3. Lay spinach down on bottom on of pie crust.
  4. Pour in mixture.
  5. Lay more spinach on top of mixture.
  6. Put more cheddar cheese on top until you cant see the spinach.
  7. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown or center is done.
