Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and make a well. Mix liquid and pour into dry ingredients.
  2. Mix together ( don't have to knead ) One floured surface roll out very thinly.
  3. Put some flour on the top and roll up like a cigar. Cut on a diagonal.
  4. Drop into boiling water, when the noodles rise to the surface they are done.
