Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together to make a stiff dough.
  2. Knead well.
  3. Roll dough out very thin.
  4. Flour both sides of dough.
  5. Cut in half and form two rolls.
  6. Cut off narrow strips.
  7. Cook for a few minutes in a large pot of boiling water.
  8. Traditionally served with hot Cream Gravy made with 1/2 cup cream and 1-2 tablespoons melted butter and a pinch of salt.
