Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fire grill marinated chicken breast and glaze with teriyaki sauce.
  2. Cook noodles - al dente and drain.
  3. Plate greens carrots celery and scallions.
  4. In sautee pan;heat noodles and peanut sauce.
  5. Add grillied chicken.
  6. Blend all ingredients.
  7. Place warm on top of salad greens.
  8. Top with fresh chopped peanuts and cilantro.
