Ham, Potato, and Cheese Scallop

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/3 cup diced ham

Directions:

  1. Slice boiled potatoes thinly as possible. spray small oven safe dish with cooking spray.
  2. Layer potatoes, ham, and cheese, leaving off top layer of cheese.
  3. Combine cornstarch, flour,milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour milk mixture over layers and add last layer of cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until milk mixture has set and potatoes are heated through
