Directions:

  1. Prepare pasta and set aside. Use Smart Taste whole grain to save calories and fat. I couldn't make the recipe work.
  2. Melt 1 tbl light butter.
  3. Add cold milk and flour, bring to boil, stir with a fork the whole time, till bubbly and thick. Remove from heat. add salt, pepper and paprika, stir. Return to warm, but turned off burner
  4. Add cheese and stir till melted and smooth, turning heat to low, if needed.
  5. Meanwhile melt 1 tbl butter with 1/4 cup bread crumbes, and top each serving with a portion of the mix.
