Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (1 1/3 oz) envelope dessert topping ( cool whip)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Whisk together ingredients.
  2. Pour in a box and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Serve cold.
