Ingredients:

  • 3 cup. skim milk
  • 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1/4 cup. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 cup. broccoli

Directions:

  1. Make the roux.
  2. Add the liquid, bring to boil.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes, add salt and pepper.
  4. Slowly add the cheese, stirring.
  5. Add the broccoli (cooked).
