Ham, Cheese, Egg & Cream Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ham slices (1/4 inch slices)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add cheese to eggs.
  3. Scramble egg and cheese mix in a well buttered skillet on medium heat.
  4. Toast bread to desired firmness.
  5. Spread cream cheese over toasted bread slices liberally.
  6. Put 2 pieces of ham/turkey on each slice of cream cheesed bread.
  7. Place scrambled cheesy eggs all on one half.
  8. Put sandwich together. Easier to eat if you cut it in half.
