Ingredients:

  • 3 leaves of basil cut in a chiffonade
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of tutti amici cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. Dice tomatoes, cut basil into chiffonade, add salt/pepper to taste and toss with a1/2 c Tutti Amici cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil. The juice from the tomatoes and the olive oil is like liquid gold!!
