French Beans With Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drop the beans into a pot of boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.
  2. Plunge the cooked beans into a bowl of cold water with a few ice cubes added.
  3. Drain them thoroughly and dry off with a paper towel.
  4. Place in a serving bowl.
  5. Heat the olive oil over low heat in a small saucepan.
  6. Strip the rosemary from its stalk and chop very finely.
  7. Add the garlic and rosemary to the olive oil and let cook until creamy in colour, then take the pan off the heat.
  8. Pour the oil/garlic/rosemary mixture over the beans and add the salt.
  9. Drizzle the vinegar over the beans and mix thoroughly.
  10. Serve immediately.
