  • 12 oz tofu
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp celery
  • 1/8 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Directions:

  1. Drain and mash tofu, mix in remaining ingredients. Make sandwiches or use to stuff a tomato.
