Eggless Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Sift all dry ingredients into large mixing bowl!
  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into muffins trays and bake in a moderate heat oven for 15-20min.
  4. Serve cool, preferably with cold iced lemonade!
