Ingredients:

  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix bananas, sugar, oil, flour, baking soda, vanilla, and pecans together with a mixer.
  2. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
