Directions:

  1. Mix flour,salt& sugar.
  2. Beat oil, eggs& milk.
  3. Add to the flour mixture.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, mix and place in well greased circular pot.
  5. Sprinkle cheese, onion and parsley over.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
  7. Spread with butter and enjoy.
