Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Cut in butter and shortening.
  3. Knead until stiff.
  4. ROll out into 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut into 25 squares.
  6. Place filling ingredients inches Bake at 350 for 20 min until flaky.
  7. Let cool.
