Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, garlic and ginger to make marinade.
  2. Freeze chicken in marinade in a 1-gallon bag.
  3. To serve:.
  4. Thaw.
  5. Pour chicken and marinade into a baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  8. Serve chicken over rice.
