Easy Easy Quick Delicious Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk (can use half and half)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package velvetta shreds (2 cups) can also use cheese of choice

Directions:

  1. Butter 9 X 13 casserole dish
  2. Open can of rolls and press into casserole dish
  3. In large bowl, by hand, whisk eggs, not beating too long
  4. Add milk, whisk again, adding salt and pepper
  5. Place fried crumbled sausage on top of crescent rolls
  6. Pour egg mixture over all
  7. Spinkle cheese over all
  8. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until set
  9. This is a great basic recipe and salsa, cilantro, green chilies, garlic,
  10. Your choice of seasonings can be added
